New Summaries for my current stories
[info]hairann
The Void: Kagome and Sesshoumaru's lives are turned upside down after being sucked into Miroku's wind tunnel, leaving them in a world of total darkness. And the events that occurred in the void, changed them forever. Nominated best drama, 1st Q 2009, 2nd Q 2.0 2009 Dokuga awards.

Warriors of the West: The following takes place on the day of the Ambassador's annual homecoming... Warnings: Torture. Events leading up from the attack on the Ambassador, lead Kagome to be arrested as a traitor. Won 3rd place Best A/A 2nd Q 09, nominated best A/A 2nd Q 2.0 09 in Dokuga awards.

Also added chapter 15 for both of them tonight, and for any of my ff.net readers here, sorry I had some how missed adding chapter 14 last update period, but I have since fixed that. So enjoy the two chapters on ff.net :).

New nominations, Dokuga 2nd Q 2.0 2009
[info]hairann
Yep is that time of quarter again, that's right time for the nominations for Dokuga awards and this quarter is another first for me. Last quarter was the first time I placed, this one two of my stories were nominated. Once again The Void has been nominated best drama, as it did 1st Q 2009, while Warriors of the West has been nominated best action/adventure, which happens to be the category it placed in before.

Now what this really means is I have another pretty banner to add to my ever growing list. And I must say Skye-chan outdid herself with the banner this quarter and it is absolutely beautiful. Kudos to Sugaroo who is the artist behind the lovely fan art that was used. And gratz to all nominees.

My first placing :)

Warriors of the West just won third place for best action/adventure for the 2nd Q 2009 Dokuga awards. Needless to say I am very happy and already told as many people as I could :). Funny thing is first person I told was my hubby and he probably cares about my fan fiction the least of everyone I know that knows I write it lol.

For anyone interested in my Inuyasha fan fiction, currently The Void and Warriors of the West, you can find me under this name on both Dokuga.com and fan fiction.net. Wondering what these stories are about? I'll tell ya :)

The Void summary: One minute everything is perfectly fine and the next? In the next you are transported to an endless nothingness, pulling from the depth of your soul a relentless fear that can never truly be described. Was nominated best drama, 1st Q 2009 Dokuga awards.

Need more info? Of course you do :). The void is about Kagome and Sesshoumaru being pulled into Miroku's wind tunnel, yes I went there :P, the changes their relationship goes through while in there and what happens after wards. Heads up the story is rated Mature and angst. There is also a very nice, if I may say so myself, scene with Inuyasha blowing up and threatening to kill everyone. :)

Warriors of the West summary: The following takes place on the day of the Ambassador's annual homecoming... Warnings: Mention and descriptions of torture. This one was nominated Best Adventure 2nd Q 2009 in Dokuga awards. :) Also rated Mature.

My summaries don't really tell much do they? Well anyways this one is a concept crossover with 24. Meaning none of the storyline or characters were brought over, just the idea. Takes place in real time, each chapter is one hour and the whole story will take place across 24 hours. The 'CTU' of feudal Japan is lead by Inuyasha, second in command being Kagome. Though there isn't one, the closest Jack of the story would be Kagome.

Realize I don't go into too much detail, but don't wanna give away the stories. :) Other than that, I have two others I've worked on recently. Both are series of one-shots. First is On Strike, originating as a reply to Walter's 'crossover' challenge, it is now a three-shot. Each one is an interview with one member from Inuyasha and one from Ranma 1/2. First is Kagome and Akane, then Ranma and Sesshoumaru, then Kouga and Kuno. Mostly explaining the various reasons why they are each going on strike from fan fiction.

Then there is Sheer Cruelty which is my one-shots to Dany-sama's challenge '50 ways to torture a taiyoukai'. This one is complete, as the challenge is almost finished, ending with six entries. 1. Give a dog a bone. 2. Promises to a little girl. 3. Ch-ch-changes. 4. Shatei. 5. Six items or less. 6. Hair's worse enemy. Can't give much detail about each one-shot as most of them are little more than drabbles and would give away the punch line lol.

But they are a nice little read if you are looking for something funny. I do have many other, complete, stories, but I'll get into them another time. :)
